I work at two levels:

With universities and institutions, I design career services, tools and procedures, including employer and alumni links.

With career officers and advisers, I offer training and coaching in strengths-based guidance, advising and employer engagement, so every student who comes to a career office gets guidance of the same quality.
My work combines career coaching, strengths-based development and career services design, in Albanian and European higher education and at Northeastern University in Boston.

Inside the system
I have led academic and student services as a director at university level. I know how priorities and budgets are set, and what it takes for a new service to last.
Within the profession
I co-founded Albania’s national association for career development practitioners. It brought schools, universities and employers together, and gave the field a shared voice.
Research behind the work
I have run national surveys on career guidance and written manuals and tools for universities. Every recommendation starts from evidence about your students.
